We have partnered with Alarm Central for our monitoring services for over 10 years and have always found their customer service, products, and technical assistance to be “Excellent.” From their owners to their managers and working staff they take great pride in serving our customers and our field technicians. We have been with Alarm Central for over 10 years. Their management staff and operators have always been professional, helpful, and been there when needed. One of the most important things they do is an operator always answers the phone, I never receive a recording and this is extremely important to me.
